Just Chicken In

Not a challenge card, just a card I made over the weekend. I've had the chicken peeping through the grass for quite awhile, but I didn't know what to do with it.  I found this idea online somewhere (thank you, unknown person) and it was perfect!

The chicken is a Penny Black stamp,  the expression is from SU's Best of Cluck and the grass is from SU's Wetlands.  It is hard to see in the picture, but the sky is chalked with clouds.

The paper used is SU's Lucky Lime.

20 Card Challenge - Day 2

Welcome to my 20 card challenge.  No deadlines, no prizes, just a way to share the fun of stamping long distance.  You can add a link to your card in the comments from your blog or Pinterest or SCS.

20 Card Challenge - Day 1

Usually when I go home to visit my mom, we stamp and make cards.  However, this year was a family reunion, so we didn't make many cards.  So I thought it would be cool to do a challenge with my mom so that we can share our card making even far away. Of course, if anyone else (of my 2 followers) wants to join in, we'd like the company.  I'll post a challenge every day for 20 days, but there is no due date for any of them.  I'm going to try to use this to get fall cards done, but this may end up with Halloween cards as well! :)  There are no prizes, just a chance to do some long distance stamping!  You can add a link to your card in the comments from your blog or Pinterest or SCS.  This sketch is courtesy of Studio Calico.

Electronics Card

As I work for a company that makes radios, this card is perfect for me.   All of the paper used is from the Recollections pack Monsters and Robots.  I cut out the gears from. one of the pages, used the circuitboard design from another page, the green background is from another page and the orange background come from the gears page.  The green twine  is from a Michael's pack.   I guess I'll save it and give it to somebody from work.
